About Refundos Explorer
Refundos Explorer Group was created in September 2022 through the acquisition of Refundos by Pedro Seabra and Explorer Investments, integrating the operational teams of Explorer Investments' Real Estate department and Refundos SGOIC. The company combines the real estate presence of Explorer Investments, with more than 10 years of experience in the Portuguese real estate market, with Refundos, a CMVM-registered asset manager created in 1993 with over 30 years of experience. Refundos Explorer is regulated to provide administration, management and representation of real estate vehicles, including CMVM-regulated funds and SICs that benefit from the fiscal and regulatory framework for Portuguese real estate funds. The company manages approximately 1,200 assets under management and specializes in real estate investment, asset management, and development across Portugal.
