About Norfin
Norfin is a group of two companies specializing in real estate investment management in Portugal. Norfin SGOIC, founded in 1999, is a collective investment organism manager licensed and supervised by CMVM, managing closed-ended real estate investment funds and collective investment societies. Norfin Serviços, founded in 2010, manages real estate assets for institutional clients and develops real estate promotion projects. The group has 27 years of experience managing approximately €2.7 billion in real estate assets. Since 2018, both companies are part of Arrow Global, a major European alternative asset manager.
